Why our vegan bolognese pesto recipe is good for you!
Vitamin A supports, among other things, your eye and skin health and cell growth. It also protects you from diseases and infections. It is mainly found in carrots (beta carotene, the precursor of vitamin A, is also found there) and in rosemary and thyme. You will find exactly these ingredients in our recipe!
Our recipe also provides you with vitamin B and C! As with vitamin A, vitamins B and C strengthen your immune system. Vitamin B also supports your nervous system (i.e. your brain and nerves) and your metabolism. It is found in garlic and rosemary, for example.
Vitamin C is relevant for wound healing and collagen formation, among other things. It is found in rosemary, thyme and garlic.
I could go on and on about the effects of fiber and minerals (such as magnesium) included in our recipe!
Tasty – fruity – vegan
Our vegan bolognese pesto recipe delivers a full taste experience despite the small number of ingredients (there are only 10)! This is wonderfully fruity due to the tomato paste! Keep it the way bolognese should be. Best of all, it’s super quick to make and completely vegan! Have fun eating!
Tip: Homemade pasta goes perfectly with the pesto.
