How do I prepare the sea bream with potatoes?
If you buy your sea bream from a fishmonger, ask the seller to remove the head (unless you want to keep it for decorative purposes). Before preparing, you should wash the fish under cold running water. Then you can put it on a board and use a knife to remove the scales. This is easy to do by scraping with the back of the knife against the direction of growth of the scales.
Our sea bream – how long does it have to bake in the oven?
You’re probably wondering how long the sea bream should sizzle in the oven!? You can bake the fish for about 30 minutes at 390 degrees Fahrenheit top and bottom heat. You should cook the potatoes for 25 minutes before putting them in the oven to the fish. Alternatively to cooking, you can put them in the oven for 20 minutes before the fish.

Preparation
Prepare ingredients: potatoes, lemon, rosemary, garlic
Boil the potatoes (or alternatively put them in the oven 25 minutes before the fish). Wash the rosemary and lemon. Peel the garlic and cut into slices. Cut lemon into slices.
Prepare fish: sea bream, mustard, salt, pepper
Wash the sea bream and remove the fins (if necessary also the head and scales). Then place in an ovenproof dish and season with salt, pepper and spread the mustard over the sea bream.
Ready and put in the oven: sea bream, potatoes, lemon, rosemary, garlic, olive oil
Put the sea bream with the potatoes in an ovenproof dish. Distribute the olive oil, rosemary, garlic and lemon as evenly as possible. Also put something in the fish. Bake for 30 minutes at 200° top and bottom heat.
