You can use oat milk, almond milk or any other plant-based milk as an alternative instead to the milk. The same goes for the yogurt. The completely vegan version is as easy & delicious as this one!
Theoretically, the peel of bananas can also be puréed into the shake! However, it is essential that the bananas are organic, as other products can contain pesticides. The peel provides additional nutrients and is said to be very healthy.
