  1. Cut ingredients: onion, mozzarella, Parmesan, mushrooms, chives, tomatoes

    Slice the mozzarella, Parmesan and mushrooms. The onion is peeled, divided into 2 halves and then cut into rings. The tomatoes are halved. The chives are cut into thin rings.

  2. Prepare the truffle oil cream cheese cream: black truffle oil, cream cheese, chives, pepper, salt

    Put the cream cheese in a bowl. Add the truffle oil, chives, pepper and salt. Mix everything together well.

    Pour olive oil into the pan and heat it up. Add the onions and sauté them for 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms and a pinch of salt and pepper and sauté until the onions are soft and the mushrooms have shrunk.
